The topic for the Talk round is chosen by lottery, drawn an hour before the round starts. Each contestant is given the choice to speak on a topic from one of two options they pick in the lottery. The topics are all on Tibet and Tibetan-related issues, such as Tibetan history, culture, language, human rights, environment, women, activism, etc.

In the Talent round, the contestants have to perform an act with no bar in language. The performance would be a minimum of three minutes to maximum five minutes long.

The winner will receive a cash prize of rupees one lakh (one hundred thousand), first runner-up will get 50,000 rupees and second runner-up 25,000. In addition, the winner makes guest appearances in festivals and goes to represent Tibet in international pageants.
