Tenzin Palmo is 23 years old. She was born in Dehra Dun. She attended Central School for Tibetans, Herbertpur and completed BA degree from DAV College, Dehra Dun. She likes reading and watching tv. Her motto is: Live and let live. She graduated college and currently works in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in customer service. She would like to become an air hostess in the near future, and work in that industry for 2-3 years, and then go into some other field.

I always have liked to serve my community but haven't had the opportunity till now. But this time the Miss Tibet pageant and the title would grant me the opportunity I have been waiting for such a long time. The kind of exposure and the media attention the Pageant gets works on its own to create awareness about Tibet and its present status.
