INCHEON, South Korea, 6 October 2011 (MissTibet.com)

I landed in Seoul, South Korea, on 1 October. My first roommate was Miss Mali from Africa. I am now sharing a room with Miss Thailand, Marissada Chirasevinupraphand. I met Miss China, Xue Ying Bian, also. She is a very nice girl. We talk together sometimes. We took some pictures together as well. There are about 50 contestants from different parts of the world.

We visited a Korean temple on 4 October. We slept there for one night on the floor which was very nice. In the mornings we woke up at 4.30am and had meditation practice. It was very interesting. We also made lotus flowers.

All the people are so nice. I feel happy but I miss my mother. So, I would be happier if she was with me. But people here are all very nice and frank also

On Thursday, 6 October, we had the Hanbok Fashion Show. Many Korean celebrities were also there. We had the red carpet as well. It was awesome and I really loved the Korean national dress. Having awesome times here. We leave for Jeju Island on Friday.

The Talent Show is coming up very soon: 11 Oct. I am going to sing a traditional song, Nangma Thoeshey and also will play the Tibetan instrument Dram-nyen.

Then we will have Miss Asia Pacific World 2011 with a National costume Parade Competition in JeongSun city on 12th October.

Asia Film Festival is also coming up soon, 14 Oct — a red carpet event with “Busan International Film Festival’s Closing ceremony”, the biggest film festival in Asia: www.biff.kr

The finale is on the 15th at Special Outdoor Stage “Busan Yacht Centre”, 8,000 seats.

Am enjoying it a lot … having a wonderful time … I LOVE SOUTH KOREA
